SPRINT/NEXTEL; SERVICE; I
would like to start off by saying that I have a family member who was
with Nextel for years and then Sprint took them over and bought them
out and now everything is totally terrible!!! He had an unlimited plan
and then had the nerve to call him up and ask him or no tell him they
wanted $20 per month because he was using too much data, and he had an
unlimited plan!!!
So, before this happened I decided to go over to
Sprint. WoW, what a huge mistake!!! First off they cut off my service
and charged me over $400 and some dollars total for charges I never
made, it was them doing computer repairs and they said they apologize
for the mistake and then took the charges off my account and kissed my
butt to stay there. There is an echo issue in the phones as well too,
along with terrible reception when they advertise perfect or next to
perfect reception in my area.
I was informed by verizon that they
are hurting over at Sprint and they will do anything to keep customers.
Well I believe that because they had 2 strikes with me and kept me
until now. I am turning in my phone and already have the return kit and
any bill that comes from them for the balance will be thrown in the
trash, they will never get their money from me, I will sit in jail for
99 years and I don't really care either.
What really set me off
was their website. The gentlemen on the phone told me that I could get
a different phone because mine looks nothing like in the little picture
they have for an advertisement only in my area code!!! I checked out an
area code only 55 miles away from me and the website is totally
different, they have videos and 360 views with tons of pictures and
stuff and also all this packed information into the site, but in area
code 17872 they do not have nothing really, one little picture and it
is just pure discrimination if I ever seen a case of it before. I am so
upset right now I have a pain in the chest.
They also advertise FREE
activation online, PLEASE PEOPLE, do NOT believe that!!! I got told
that too and my bill came and they charged me clearly $36!!! If I had
the energy or the patience rather I would scan my bill and paste it
here for you all to see. Please take my word on it, be very careful if
you chose Sprint. I really mean that from the bottom of my heart. You
can read all my other blogs and stuff and they are positive, about
software and different things that are great and things I love.
I am
just going to hold out since I am with in my 30 days yet if they don't
renege on that offer too!!! I have like I said the return kit already
here to ship this piece of crap phone back to them. I don't blame LG I
blame the service from Sprint. I mean the Rumor is a very nice phone
don't get me wrong here, I am just very unhappy with Sprint, and if I
was out in the market right now and had the money to spend freely on
any cell service in the country, I would say I would have to chose
verizon, even though their internet service and telephone service is
way over priced!!! They are the best in the cell business and have the
best coverage I have to give them that.

on forever about this, I have so much internal anger right now, I just
took a blood pressure pill too being I have hypertension because my
chest hurts over this non sense!!! They always holler discrimination on
TV about the stupidest things, well here is one more thing to add to
the list. Sprints Website Sucks!!! Type in area code 17101 and look at
the pictures of the Sprint Rumor, and then type in my zip code of 17872
and look at the "picture" of the Sprint Rumor!!! Discrimination against
the small town folks!!!! (US) US, meaning United States, we are united
right???
