Removing a dll from boot up

The Question:

Someone installed an app Registry Cleaner.
I first tried to remove it using the Control Panel "Add or Remove" but would not uninstall.
Then tried to remove it by running the uninstall that came with the app.
Still no good.
Then I went into regedit and removed things with the name of "registry cleaner"
It still loaded.
Then did a search on the HD for "registry cleaner" and deleted all but
the regdean.dll because it would not delete because it was running. I renamed
it and rebooted and now it comes up stating that it can not find it.
What I'm trying to figure out is at boot up time there must be a list
of DLL's to load and I want to remove regdean.dll from it.

At this time the system powers up and gets the following msg:

{Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version
File "regdean.dll", error 126}

Would anyone have a clud on where this list is and how to remove this one dll from it?

The Solution:

Try this:

Go to Program Files > Registry Cleaner > and delete all of the .dll files.
