Yahoo! Voice dail-out won't work & Yahoo doesn't know wh

For whatever reason, whenever I choose Actions and Dial a number in Yahoo! Voice, it will choose a name or number based upon the first three keystrokes, and then dail it right off. The only way I can dail a new number is to add it as a new contact. Yahoo reps can't suggest a fixOf course, I've reloaded several times, to no avail.I have W98 on a very old machine, I think it's got 512 mgb.I've heard W98 runs better without the memory upgrade I put into it, but will have to reload all of W98 if I do that. True?
