{size:18px}:D Hi : You appear to have a very bad piece of SPYWARE on your computer; do you have any antiSPYWARE/antiTROJAN program(s) on your computer ? If NOT, I recommend you install AVG Antispyware from www.ewido.net ; AFTER installation, "Update" the program, then run its "Complete System Scan" . If that does not resolve your problem(s), let us know and further recommendations will be suggested .

{size:18px}:D Hi : I recommended you install AVG antiSPYWARE, NOT AVG antiVIRUS ; IF you installed the antiSPYWARE program, did you run its "Complete System Scan" ? If yes, what were the "Result(s)" ? Would NOT recommend anything else WITHOUT knowing IF the previous recommendation "solved" the "problem" .

{size:18px}:D Hi : It is dangerous and possibly can cause irreversible damage to "Delete" Items found by either an antiVIRUS OR antiSPYWARE program; should "quarantine" 1st, like you did, but then "investigate" SPECIFICALLY the NAMES of the Items "detected". Since you now appear to have BOTH AVG Antispyware and Counterspy on your computer AND BOTH programs provide "real-time" protection, you should turn "Off" or "Disable" one of the program's "real-time" to avoid possible "conflicts". If you are still having the problems you originally described, I recommend you use "RogueRemover" from : www.malwarebytes.org/rogueremover.php .

{size:18px}:D Hi : Now seems the time to ask for help from experienced, trained, volunteer Malware Expert(s), who are usually found on antiSPYWARE Support Forums and I usually recommend the one at www.landzdown.com . Since these Experts want to see a "log" from the "HijackThis" program, download HijackThis from: www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HJTsetup.exe . At the download prompt, choose "Save". Navigate to the saved file and double-click the installer, HJTsetup.exe.HijackThis will be installed on your computer at C:Program FilesHijackThis, making an entry in the start menu and also providing a desktop shortcut. When the installation is complete, exit HijackThis.
