Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? You might be able to fix this one.

I thought about that, but when I do alignment, it prints all colors except black, so finally I called Canon, they decided the printer needs service, so, I decided to buy a new one. Thank you for your help.

I've read an article that restarting your printer will allow you to print the test page and of course, it will also help if you will refer to its user manual.

Have you made any changes recently on your printer or in the printer’s settings? If this is the case, please try to reserve what you have done.
