As I was browsing the Website I had a heck of time finding the article online. I finally did, but when I searched for "laptop
ratings" I expected it to appear? I actually had to put in "reliability". Guess I'll just save the magazine but this is great info that you should be easier
to find on your website.
Just my 2 cents.

I totally agree that the website should have an easy way to find print articles. PC Magazine's website used to have a way to navigate the print issues directly. This would be a great improvement.

I've posted on this at well. The PCWORLD.com website even has a pop-up quiz, powered by some third-party evaluator to ask your opinions, but it's so time consuming I'm surprised anyone fills it out.
Surely, concerns raised in this post and others might have gotten the attention of PC editors or webmasters over the years, but clearly they're not putting the money or manpower to make their website useful either to general public or their own readers and subscribers.
I'd welcome to hear directly what PC editors plan to do about their own website. On the plus side, their daily postings and articles are often useful and interesting, but if you can't search the website in a reliable, intuitive way to find anything in terms of relevant search results, what's the point?
