Agreed. More laws are not necessarily better for citizens. Sometimes they just make the legislators look busy.

What needs to be a crime, is suing someone else because of your distracted whatever. Be it walking, driving, drinking, don't care. If you are distracted by something you are doing, and injure yourself, then it is 110% on YOU. Not the establishment you happened to be retarded at.
