PC clean-up and new Skype service - OK, but the cookbook and desktop themes are mainly of interest to the Chinese. And what for Valentines (in a fortnight) a PornTube downloader?

Thanks for the comments. The Lunar New Year is certainly different things to different people. At the least, it's an opportunity to eat great food, have fun, and do things that need doing anyway.

Sorry to burst some of your bubbles, but I'd venture to say that more human beings on Planet Earth care about Chinese New Year than others do about Christmas or July 4th.

Also it's a great time to celebrate, and do things that need doing anyway. You know spring cleaning?

I must have missed the "not of Asian ancestry" requirement for PCWorld subscription.

Same here, except substitute "subscription" with "employment".

Count me on the side of the celebrants. This celebration rocks my town and everyone in it. I won't miss the curmudgeons in the crowd.
