"Promots"? Spell Checker not working? And in the headline no less!

Mr. Krill,
Who does your proof-reading? In the title of the article, you state "Contest Promots Mobile Privacy". Do you see the error?
Later on, you state "The winning submission will be promoted" which is correctly spelled. Even Word's spell-checker caught that error.

As far as the article is concerned, the continuing loss of our privacy is one of the majors problems with the internet. For a short while, I had a MySpace page, but that was deleted late last year. I have never had any other "social/professional" web entanglements and I prefer it that way. I do not do any banking, bill-paying, or shopping online (if I can avoid it). I was forced to buy some schoolbooks back in 1999-2000 for some computer classes, but that was it.
