Pc World Weekly Brief Sponsored Downloads Download Failure

I got the February 7, 2011 PC World "Weekly Brief" email newsletter. In the "Sponsored Downloads" section there is an offer for a product called "Partition Recovery for Windows". When I click the link it takes me to https://www.regnow.c...ph-softsell.cgi, which is an order form for the software. But no matter what I do, when I fill out the required information and try to place my order, I just get returned to the same order screen. The order never goes through. I've tried different credit cards, with the same result.

Can anyone here, or anyone with PC World, help me resolve this problem?

Try an alternate web browser. Your current browser's security settings might be too aggressive.
