Power dvd problem

Hi, I have a question regarding Power DVD. Everytime I play a movie, it keeps on freezing every 3-5 seconds and the sound is just not loud enought, even when I have the speaker volume all the way up. Can anyone help?

Do you have a DVD cleaner kit? Your drive might need to be cleaned.
