Funny this rag doesn't make it eays to critique its advertisers. Not suprising really. I could not find anotherr place to make a complaint. Anyway, Watch out for the Huge 1and1 adrertisements in the mag. This looks similar to PC Professor's Bait and Switch. (You know, then 99 cent CD then your credit card gets charged big bucks every month.) Well, 1 and 1 says $2.99 web hosting on their website, then after your sign up, they send you an email saying they are raising the price to $3.99. I could have tolerated that (A guy has to make a buck, right?) Then the website goes down for the better part of 21 Feb (central time business hours). All the while the same site that promotes $2.99 web hosting is saying 99.99% up time. All I gotta say is consumer beware. I should have gone with Yahoo but they wanted an alternate email address that wasn't Yahoo, and this guy, my client didn't have one.

It's really as simple as posting a message on the forums -- we don't make it difficult to critique our advertisers at all. If you do wish to file another complaint though, you should email letters@pcworld.com and it will be directed to the Letters section editor of the magazine.
