I have made multiple efforts to get a refund from PC Mall for the purchase of Acronis software that turned out to be incompatible with Windows 7. They have gone so far as to admit that I deserve the refund but it never comes. It is for about $2000 and we are a small non-profit organization.

Help!

Did you pay by credit card? If so, you might be able to dispute the charge.

I agree with smax here. Also, see this: http://www.mywot.com.../www.pcmall.com
It looks like others aren't too happy with them.

Eh, every online or local store will have someone who had a bad experience. That WOT only list three comments...two of which were by the same user. Thus, that does not tell me much.

FWIW, I have used MacMall (PCMall's Mac "cousin") several times in the distant past. Never had a problem with any of my orders. Now, I never had to try to return anything or get a refund...and all those experiences were a LOOOOOOOOONG time ago.

Businesses change over time. For instance, Yelp used to be fine, and now they're corrupt.
