Cannot Detect

Hello Everyone!

My problem goes like this...

My printer is Brother DCP 165C.
I changed my OS from winxp to win7. I need to install again the printer because I changed my OS.
The installation doesn't continue because the machine is not connected to the PC yet.
I turned on the machine and check all the connections, but it doesn't continue.
The printer says "Cannot Detect".
I don't know what it means. USB connections were connected and also the power.
I think the problem is with the USB wire.

please help me..

Hi zyrrah, If the message is on the printer display this what I found: http://welcome.solut...165c_all&Cat=11 It appears that it could be a problem with an ink cartridge.
