That looks correct to me. There is a link on that page for PCWorld.com so it's not for a similarly named magazine. Here are a couple other forum threads with similar links and pages:

All three subscription URLs reference PCWorld and have the exact same cds_mag_code variable.

This is actually the company that PCWorld uses for subscription management/fulfillment. So it's not a PCWorld site per se, but it is where you go to manage PCWorld subscriptions.
