Well there Apple goes again!! trying to do a proprietary NFC that connects only to iTunes, that's so they can garner more commission for the sale. Typical Steve Jobs mentality...

why iWallet, why not iPurse. Since, most of the products of apple are starting with P. iPad, iPad, iPod. iPurse is more logical name
