I kept missing the radios in the Police Station when I went after Dog. Not pretty. Some of those speakers can't be found, or at least I haven't. I just bail before I lose my head. I had to make a quick grab for an Assault Rifle and ammo and scoot before I lost my head and it was close. So far, I haven't gotten an option except " I think we should travel together " and Christine & Dean are having no part of working together, so are planted firmly at the fountain.

I am not sure what you mean. Why do you need to get them to work together?
I just finished it off - the entire Sierra Madre. I was hoping that stories would develop a little more, but they kind of killed parts of it for me. Also, if you were hoping it would end up slightly less linear at any point in time... sorry to dissapoint. The only real plus side, is that I walked out of there about 50,000 caps richer!

I got aggaravated with those two and Hacked the lock on the gate and took Dog with me. Looked around a little on the ground floor and in the casino. Those Security things were giving me a fit and I couldn't find the thing to shut them down. Found one speaker on the wall, but couldn't disable the thing. I didn't save it, so will be back at the fountain. I have actually finished the game once, but when I got the DLC, I started at one of my last saves at the Dam. Another DLC is either out there or on the way ( Old World Blues ) In the words of a reviewer, there are "Megatons of Content packed into it". It looks like Uncharted 3 on the PS3 will have a 3-D option.

You unlock several cheesements regarding the next DLC as you finish the current one! :D

Oh. Well seeing as how I need to try and get some cooperation from Christine and the Ghoul, I might be awhile. :P Because I hacked the gate, I didn't have a Gala Opening and all I had in the Casino was those sentry things and the speakers. I actually hacked the wrong gate at first and could get back to the Mojave if I had chose to do so. :D

I figure I am going to back up my saved file from before I went in, go back to finish up a few quests, and do it again. Namely because I want the higher med skill when dealing with Christine - I want to see what that dialogue tree would have resulted in.

Don't know, but probably nothing. I concentrated on my med and repair skills from the git go until I maxed out both and didn't see where I could help her. I may have missed something in the dialogue as well.

You have to have some other skills wicked high to even get TO that dialogue option - and I had most of them... just short on the med skill. But I seem to recall it needing a high perception (7 in my case), science, and med. You pretty well need to be at 65 or higher in all the important skills to get the most from the conversation with her. I know I had to cheat for part of it (magazines, and mentats! :D)

Using those isn't cheating. That is the purpose of putting them in the game. Both with Fallout 3 and Fallout : New Vegas, I tended to concentrate on the Medical and Repair. I never figured verbal skills would be much help with Super Mutants. :D

Not much for muties - but great for story lines.

I guess that is why the replayability factor is so high for these games. :D
