Comcast Screws Up Blazing Extreme 105 Service

I got combo and now does the 115/21 like when just on modem and MBPS went up for downloading 11.5 MBPS to 13.1- 14.1

Yet they cant say why 13-14

When you are downloading, you are using a different metric than the rated speeds.

Bandwidth is rated in BITS per second. Transfers are typically rated in BYTES per second. There are 8 bits to a byte. 14MB/sec = 112Mb/sec.
