PC sales could also be slipping because more, and more people like me are building our own systems. We're fed up with big PC manufacturers telling us what we "want" in our PCs.

Pad computing, tight corporate budgets (ha), everybody happy with their current hardware (ha, ha)?

How about the SANDY BRIDGE CHIPSET FLAW AND REBOOT?
