Can I delete my account or change my username on this forum or can you at least add an option to do this?

One can't delete his/her account but surely can change the username. In fact all the earlier usernames can be seen in the name history on ones profile page.

That option is actually disabled. There's usually a menu item in the User Control Panel under the Settings tab, but it's gone.

If you happen to know the URL and try to access it, you get an error message.
