Tried it but many are still green. Any other possibilities?

This is not acceptable because my CPU sucks and I need hardware acceleration. So how do I really fix it.

Didn't work for me. I actually had a green screen with a vertical black streaks. This changed it to a multicolor scheme
I'm running a Core i7 processor with 8gb RAM, so plenty of juice, though I do have a boatload of window open (as I always do).

This only started happening recently.

I spoke too soon. This now worked for me, with a couple of additional steps not listed in this article.
(I got it to work with help from another website.)

After you clear hardware acceleration in Adobe Flash Player Settings, you need to clear your browser's cache. Then, reload the web page containing the video. My problem then disappeared, and videos play fine.

(To clear cache in Firefox, go to Tools>Options>Advanced>Network tab. Under "Cached Web Content" section, click the button that says "Clear Now".
