I have heard that Leopard is coming out this spring and I was wondering if there is a more definite date of when it will come out.

I too am waiting for Leopard to be released so I can get a new iMAC. From the forums I have read, some say it could be anytime now, but likely Jobs, being the showman he is, will announce the release at the next Apple gathering in June. This also allows him more time to tweak Leopard and ensure it is bug-free.

But, I have heard at least one rumor speculate that they might be delaying it until sometime in the fall. That rumor gave problems with Bootcamp (which is supposedly going to be "officially" integrated into the Mac OS in Leopard) and Vista as the "reasoning" for the delay. With Apple, you never really know as they are fairly masterful at keeping secrets.

Some of those same sites annnouced that they have fixed Boot Camp compatibility with Vista. So it may just come out in June. All signs point to June. It will be a developers conference and OS releases are big news for developers (I suppose).

I just downloaded the new version of bootcamp 1.2 . It states in the installition, that you can install Windows Vista. Also, if you would like to get a jump on OS 10.5 (Leopard) you can receive a copy of it now by joining ADC. It is pricey @ $500 . You can pruchase the membership on Apples website .
