Good move, good for them and consumers alike. The only thing is, I would prefer it's called HTML5.org something since it's really about HTML5 web standard. Challenge for search engine is to measure the Quality of Content.

Well this is the first step towards killing off small rating and database companies, and build up mega-databases. I guess there gonna be plenty of lawsuits along this line...
