Have been really happy with my current system, but it's getting outdated. The base is an ASUS 7n8x2.0 with an AMD 2300+ and 1 GB RAM.In looking at new MB's, sound cards, etc. it's apparent that most of what's available would not work on this board, since it doesn't have a PCI slot to its name (AFAIK).Can someone recommend a website, book, etc. that will bring me up to speed on the new technology that I see listed for current generation motherboards? Any help appreciated.

A couple buying guide links if you prefer that style:http://www.pcworld.com/article/125649-1/article.htmlhttp://reviews.cnet.com/Desktopbuyingguide/4520-7963_7-5114565-1.html?tag=dirThough if you prefer a site where you could get a little more piecemeal try these sites:http://www.extremetech.comhttp://www.anandtech.comhttp://www.vr-zone.comhttp://www.tomshardware.comExtreme Tech does have a "build it" section if you want examples of a build that you could do yourself while the guides at the top are more if you want to buy a pre-built system at Best Buy or Circuit City for example.Regards,JB
