This is only to inform you that Firefox has released it's Beta for Firefox 6.

Great, now they're adopting the same verison number style that Google did. It previously could take a year for a new version, maybe just .1 increase, now every few months it's a whole new version number with a few small changes. Geez.... you can't put any weight on those numbers now.

Its a good news that fire-fox version6 with beta has released. There may be some new features but I always disappoints with the ad-dons. Availability of ad-dons is not there for the new versions in Mozilla as concerned with chrome. Many users have necessity of ad-dons. But I will check the new version.

This line has done wonders for me in FF (now using v8, maybe beta):
extensions.checkCompatibility.8.0

in about:config
I added that with 7.0 last version and got most addons working, then when I upgraded I had to put in a line for 8.0. I also put in lines for 9.0 and 10.0 while I was in there.
