It wont connect any programs short of netflix on wifi. Skype wont even connect. it says to go to 3g, turn off wifi. Hate to say it, but if i had reception, do you think I wouldnt just call the old fashioned way. All the Android phones on Verizon seem not to work well. Put up against my brothers 2 Androids on ATT, I couldnt even get in the race. I believe Verizon has done too much playing with the operating system. I love the features of the Droid 3. Just wish they would work. I personally switched hopefully temporarily to the iPhone 4. Apple wont let anyone play in their operating system. All the apps work fine even on wifi. Which is great if you fly and would like to communicate with family or if your really bored, the boss, using another communication program. Droid 3 isnt for a business persons phone at all. If I have no communication method outside of the network or in airplane mode, its just a brick in a case. Love the features, hate the carrier. Wish Verizon would wise up and let the phones work to their full potential. They can say whatever they want. but if what they say is true, why does the iPhone work so well??? Wish it had a built in keyboard as well. For now I say pass on any stock Verizon droid. Why waste money on a phone that wont work.
