I do hope that every Congressman and Senator is made aware of this situation. Perhaps it needs to be brought to the attention of all our Judges also. I think it is time to get the mail to Congress going again. If enough sand is raised they will act. There should and must be a price for doing business in this country.

When people refer to "Corporate America", this is what they fear. As a Sr. VP (now retired) of a competitor to CISCO, I've been in corporate high tech my whole career. I was trained as a free-market economist and I consider myself to be conservative, but I abhor the behavior of super-ego executives in industry. John Chambers, CEO of CISCO, has always been known as a hard-bitten leader who takes no prisoners. But, for the most part he's been perceived as an ethical leader. This type of behavior is quite a stain on that reputation.
It's not simply hypothetical that CISCO or any company that carries a lot of clout, can ask its chums in the government to trump up charges and get a fellow arrested.
Whether Conservative or Liberal, we all need to stand vigilant, against this type of abuse of power, private or public. It goes to the very core of threatening our freedom.

Congress is just a bunch of Uncle Tom's. Bought and paid for by corporate america. They get to live in the "big house" while the rest of us get trodden upon. Welcome to 21st century's version of slavery.

Our legal system is control by Corporatists. Some people are just to stupid to see it.
Chekc this out. Our last Govenor here in Illinois is facing jailtime saying he tried to sell the Senate seat.
Yet they just admitted on TV that the latest lobbyist who were pushing for casinos in Illinois, showed they contributed more money to the campaign fund of the new Govenor and our new Mayor.
So isnt that acceptance of a bribe? Illinois back was against the wall bec we need money. Casinos haveen been tryin gto be pushed for decades with past Govenors saying no. Yet the owners of the casinos which are Corps said basically "lobby for the casinos in our behalf in full public view and we will donate for money to your campaign and push you for election." Isn't that a bribe? and the fact they did just that, isn't that acceptance of a bribe?

Congressman and Senators like it when abuse of power, tyranny & corruption works. It is only through alternative media outlets such as this - that we can hope to make a difference. It is about time this type of criminal abuse of good faith persons received some attention.
Toys R Us is in possession of stolen property of eToys.
There have been illegal abuse of powers by several US Attorneys and hi ranking members of the DOJ's EOUST program.
Including the Shut Down of the Public Corruption Unit Task Force and the FBI raid of the federal whistle blowers office (Scott Bloch) Office of Special Counsel in Washington DC.
Those who are paid to uphold the law can NEVER be permitted the latitude of breaking the law for cronyism's sake.
No American citizen should stand idle when prosecutors commit this type of corruption.
