PC Tools automatic renewal is a ripoff. you cant cancel

The automatic renewal is hard to cancel. After telling them I had to change my credit card number they sent me a email saying the amount has been refunded. Its not a reputable company. Do not buy from PC Tools. They give you the runaround untill they know you've changed your credit card number and your amount has been refunded not through them but your credit card company.
