The majority of these have been created and perfected by third party tools, most of which are free.

I also see the picture password with swiping being both pointless and a new headache for IT. For example, it will only work on touch screens. This limits the use to tablets and Windows phones since the majority of businesses do not invest in touch screen monitors for production environments. Also, what happens if a user forgets their picture password? There's no "password hint" option like with standard passwords and you also COMPLETELY open yourself up to password theft. All somebody has to do is watch a co-worker swipe their password (or possibly record the swiping with a phone) and they can break into the account. In addition, how would picture passwords work on a domain? Would the series of swipes be in record on a server like traditional passwords, or would it even be an option on a domain? This would also confuse many people who are less technical or can't remember their worded password, much less swipes.

Yay, lots of new toys for admins. Too bad all the admins will be busy trying to train all the people who can't even remember their password from one day to the next, let alone be high-functioning enough to handle a new UI that's completely different from what they're used to. This OS may be find for tablets, but I predict epic fail for true enterprise environments.

Now there are good apps in the store for Admins like RemoteDesktop, HyperVManager and PingTile (a good example how to use live tiles).
