My sister ordered a netbook from your company on my behalf. However, nobody was in when Yodel tried to deliver it.
They were supposed to be coming the next day, but didn't turn up, so it was rearranged a second time.
Yodel still didn't show up. A third time, still no show, and finally a 4th time. At around 4pm, I phoned Yodel to see where they were to be told the parcel is still in Warrington. I asked if they could get the parcel from the depot as there were still a couple of hours till their depot closed and it was supposed to be delivered that day. No, sorry, all our drivers are busy. They said they could offer the following Monday for delivery, but obviously nobody was going to wait in again for them not to bother to come, so I had no choice but to cancel the order as I didn't want to be even more out of pocket. I am out of pocket by just over £20 thanks to having to phone Yodel, and that doesn't include the calls to PC World. And PC World have lost a £180 order due to using a delivery company well known for its bad reputation.
I did have a look at Curry's website, but when I learned it was the same company as PC World, I gave it a wide berth. Can you please use a reputable company for deliveries in future (Yodel are not reputable, they had to change their name due to this fact). I am still looking for a netbook but making sure I avoid any businesses that use Yodel.
I am susprised that your company did not offe at the very least to send the item in one of your vans, better still to refund the money spent on phone calls. The refund also took a while.

I think you're looking for the UK shopping site pcworld.co.uk which is unrelated to this site. This is the US based PC World magazine publication.
