We have installed BLACKbox 3X at our organization, which is a combination of proxy server, mail server and data centralization / data backup software. We are satisfied with the performance. We are starting 3 branch offices in different cities, where we have a LAN of 4 computers each. We are also issuing laptops to our marketing staff member. We want to provide data access to our branch offices. We would also like to control internet/email activities on laptops used for official purpose.

Ok. So what's your question?

Also, if I were doing a professional install of a WAN, I might want someone local to set it up. IOW I wouldn't use the advice of anonymous techs on a bulletin board. I would want a paper trail of responsibility, a contract, and guarantees.
