Merging Pdfs Any open-source software?

I was wondering whether you guys had any recommendations for free software to merge PDFs. Thanks,

Did you try PDFCreator (ver 0.9.5 and up)? You just create a multiple file PDF. There are other apps, such as 7-PDF, but they are split & merge combined, so if you don't need both... And PDF splitting is, in my opinion, obsolete. You have this "Go to page" option, you can print the pages you want...

Don't you get it? He doesn't want to "try" anything. He wants us to do the research, and tell him what works best. Not knowing his PC environment...I declined to do the dirty work.
