Like Realplayer Downloader

Hi
does anyone know if a program that will let you download videos from youtube or any web site? like the realplayer download this video does.

Hey there's a light version of RealPlayer that just has the download this video feature... if you just want to download YouTube videos, RealDownloader is probably what you want. There are lots of web versions and other YouTube downloaders but I think RealDownloader is compatible with more sites like Facebook, Metacafe etc.

I know a free Youtube Downloader,which can not only download videos from most the vides sites,but also can convert the videos to other formats at the same time.
