Yes well... me and my brother had a long debate over the values of playing Oblivion on a PC. It wasn't until I showed him how that sucker looked on a C2Q and two 8800GT's that he understood fully what I meant by night-and-day differences over an Xbox 360. Then he built his own C2Q with 3 8800GTX G92's.... damn that sucker was fast.

I have been working on ram timings, but I hit the limits of the OC. At least until I understand more about the motherboard. There is a different timing mode it goes into to break 200Mhz BCLK, and that sucker seems to be unstable. EDIT: Check spoiler for current CPU-Z results.

The environment seems to be more natural that what I have seen before, even the caves. That is a huge improvement. Also water seems quite realistic. They definitely did take the lock picking from fallout, and it is certainly better for some of us, though others will say that it kills the challenge I'm sure.

Have you made that long trek up there ? The more I traipse around, the more "Undiscovered" places keep popping up arbitrarily on my map ( although some are added as result of talking to someone ).

Lately, I have not had much time for poking around any games.
Yesterday was our little ones first birthday. With family visiting, and the hectic party planning, I just have not had time for games.
Something I expect will only get worse in the next few years.

Me too and most of the time I was slogging along over weight until I got to the swinging things ( there was a cut off switch for one........ on the other side ). No choice but lighten up then.

Seems like when you are growing up, you can't wait to be a Teenager, then it is 16 for your drivers License, then 18 to Graduate from High School, then 21. After you ahve rushed to that point, it seems to continue rushing and picking up speed.

And I bet once you've hit your mid 30s or so, then you're wishing you could be younger again. lol... I'm 15, but I haven't even considered getting a drivers license (I think 15 is when you can start learning). I drive too recklessly on the computer and with the RC car anyway.

Here you can get a Learner's permit at 15 Years 6 Mos. Then you have to have a ceratin amount of hours of Driver's Ed and a set amount of time behind the wheel before you can take your test for the Driver's License. They are also limited to the hours than can be on the road and how many passegers they can have in the car ( 1 I think ). From what I've seen they do pretty well for the most part. We've had far too many killed though in the past, usually drinking and driving or just being stupid and too much speed. Oddly enough, the most came from a single High School that is in the upscale area of the County. Have far too many dim witted adults on the road around here. I have seen them cut off emergency vehicles with Lights and siren going because they " had the green light ".
