Does anyone know if there is such thing as a wireless USB so you can add files from computer.

There is software like Network Magic (by Cisco used to be Pure Networks) that allows you share folders and files inside the folders on other computers on the same wireless network. You can define the folders as shared. You can also give a non-wireless printer the ability to print wirelessly as long as the computer the printer is connected to is turned on.

Some new routers have a USB slot where you can attach external drives or flash drives and files can be copied to and from computer that have access to the wireless network. The big thing is you need to be able to select a source and target. A storage device needs to be indentified and needs to be connected to something to be identified.
