I heard of another company called VTX broadband, one of my guildmates said they put a big tower on your roof and stick the directional antena up there.

I get my internet through a local company just like DC Access, and I can attest to the great customer service. I had a problem with my internet, called them, and within 30 minutes they were at my house and fixed the problem. We don't have a huge antenna either, our satellite dish is larger than the receiver for my internet, which is mounted on the side of my house in the backyard.
