I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not sure if I have ever been afforded the opportunity to participate in these type surveys.

I have taken the survey's before, but not your recent one rating tech companies. When reading the survery, I question the wording of your questions and the results.
If people taking the survey are basing their answers on their most recent purchase, that purchase could be 4 years old. That doesn't really make the survey fair to computer makers because they could have improved immensely in the past 4 years. I think your survery sould state that the consumer should only rate the item if it was puchased in the past 2 years.
Come on...give these companies a fair shake.
