Is it possible to overclock LOCKED AMD Athlon X2 7750 2.7GHZ on GIGABYTE m720-US3 Motherboard(mainboard)

Yes there is. Basically you use the more common base clock method. Enter your BIOS, and slowly increase the base clock. Watch your temps as you increase it. Also make sure your BIOS does not try to add more voltage to the cpu. If you need it, it cM be added later by hand. You don't want it too high though, as you don't wantn to cook the chip.
