Hello,

My computer drastically slowed down one week ago. It slows to a standstill frequently. Hard drive has been making a lot of noise. Have tried to do a speed test and it will not complete. (This is a desktop with a hardwired connection to a router.) Other laptop that is connected wirelessly via router has a great connection and seems unaffected. (Have a high speed internet connection.)

Followed your instructions.... OTL.txt and checkup txt to follow. (OTL did not create an "Extras.txt file. Tried doing it 2 x but no result.)
