Good point, xyberviri. We looked at services and software for PCs--although of course, some of this works on mobile devices, too.

Have been using FollowUpThen for sometime. Spend a little more for the premium version, and you can forward you attachments as well. Also, works great with Evernote GTD system. I can literally plow through my massive inbox every morning in just about ten minutes. Then I have FollowUpThen direct my reminders to my Evernote inbox. One and done. Highly recommend you give the free trial a spin for a few days; you'll be hooked.

I am familiar with followup.cc and evernote... trying to implement GTD on my work flow... what you say is interesting, would you mind giving me more details of how do you use followupthen.com for your reminders combined with evernote? I could become premium...

Might also want to checkout tickletrain.com - it's similar in function, but has he responses already typed up- so you just send them out if you don't get a reply...

I use TickleTrain too and really like it. Its simple and user friendly.
