I would like to know from PC World how then can continue to send out renewal notices and offer me such a great deal of 1 year at $24.95 and 2 years at $44.97 and wonder why I'm not signing up again? When on their web site they offer 1 year at $19.97 and 2 years at $29.97. Do they really think we are that stupid? That we wouldn't check the web? Tell them to keep the useless tune-up CD and offer a fair price
