Last Thursday Apr 12, I went to use my Dell Laptop & the CDrom would not open. After going to the Dell Support website & trying everything they suggested, I was informed I should send them an email with all the info. The next day, I rec'd an email back saying that a replacement drive was being sent to me. I expected a 5 to 7 day delivery but I returned home from shopping around 4:30 & there was the replacement drive on my door-step. 30 minutes later my laptop was all fixed, following their easy directions.Going from a problem to repair in less than 24 hours, shows me I made the right choice buying a Dell Computer. Thanks, DELL!
