Got into Hatmandor. This thing is getting rather twisty in the way things are unfolding. Lots of stuff to do in order to get the info you are looking for. Some of it, will leave you doubting if that is the way you want to go. There was one "hit" that I was supposed to do, but didn't, but it worked out and I got what I was after, more or less. I found out that it is easier to check your Quest journal and your map often to keep up with the quest stuff. This game is no wimpy game and will really use the resources ( I do have the settings maxed out ). After about 6 hrs play, my CPU temps will go to the mid 40's C and the GPU to around 65C ( probably time to do some cleaning in there as well :P ).

Hey coastie,
I haven't had any gaming time this week but I'm hoping to get back into TWII this weekend to give it another try. Thanks for the tips. :D

Just make sure you upgrade your stuff often and save before you go wandering around in caves ( there are some very nasty things in some of them ). I just can't seem to resist the urge to go poking my nose in those places. Sense of adventure I guess. Had one place i had to sneak into that didn't go well and ended up whacking a few guards along the way when I got caught. Got in there and had a tussle to boot afterwards and then didn't have enough speed to continue, so left to find some more speed ( a door closes too quick for me to get through after I open it :P ).

I have just about explored the whole of the second island. This thing takes a lot of patience as it doesn't unfold all that quick as far as the story goes, but does give you a lot to do. Still haven't done the horse race thing to end that quest.:P Keep losing my horse and that means a lot of walking until I can find another one. Nearly up to 100,000 Auras now though. I play for maybe 2 hours before I decide it is time to take a break as the game can get a bit over whelming in its scope.

Got the Horse race thing out of the way. Took a few tries. It isn't a race pur se, but you have certain amount of time to get from point "A" to point "B" and back, picking up the trophy along the way. Not easy. :P

I haven't been back in the game for over a week, what with overtime at work and now my new toy. It just isn't right when life intrudes on important things like gaming (obviously I'm not counting Angry Birds  ).

A little time here and a little time there and I now have a little over 57 hours in the game and am still messing around on the second island you get to when you go to Bayan. Have gotten the way to the tower opened up, but have been puting it off byt doing some other things that I am finding ( seems endless ). have reach Level 26 and have over 120,000 Auras. Been finding some really good weapons and upgrading them, I've got a one handed sword at over 300 now. I have a two hander that is over 300 as well. Some of those weapons come early and you have a few levels before you can use them. I will upgrade them after I can no longer upgrade what I am using. Believe me, there is a lot to do, and at least two job boards with quests.

Got to the third island and finished rounding up the Rune stones. No joy with that as the blacksmith is a cheapskate and gave nothing but thanks. :P The third island is reminiscient of Jurassic Park and that is all I'll say on that. You'll get access to the third island once you have visited the Tower of Fangs ( no easy feat either ).

The Top Pic is on the coast of the third island and looking towards the second island. You can't swim to it as it is too far and you WILL drown. The others were just randomly taken wandering aroun in the area.
