They can't even spell "Strategy" or "Marketing." That says volumes.

Remember folks, vote with your dollars. Buyers reward sellers with their money, sellers do not reward buyers with their product. Stop spending money on poor service, and it will go away.

I think its funny how that marketing team seams to think this is all going to help them. All I know is that I have never heard of their products, and now know that I will never own them.
"There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there always has been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'" -- Isaac Asimov

Too little, too late. Nobody in their right mind would ever send a customer an E-mail like this in the first place. It's the perfect reason to refuse doing business with that company, or any other company that is so callous towards the people who are paying their mortgages, car payments and putting food money in their pockets. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Ahh, the good old days... a good old fashioned flame war. Always pause before you SEND and ask yourself if you really want to show your ass in public.
