I am using SpeedFan 4.45 on four Windows 7 Professional 64 bit machines. I have it setup to send an email alert when the hard drive temperature exceeds 40 degrees C.

I have attached a screenshot of the Events tab so you can see my settings. I don't understand how to set the "For ? times" and "Allow every ? seconds" settings.

This morning on one of the machines the Drive C temperature increased to 42 degrees C and SpeedFan sent about 80 emails alerting me of the over temp condition.

Is there a way that I can configure the settings to send one or two email alerts instead of flooding my inbox with messages?

Thanks very much for your help. Everyone have a Happy New Year!

What I would do is
For 1 times, allow every, idk, 30 minutes (1800 seconds), send mail.
