back up soft ware

What back up soft ware do you recomend ? I want to back up to an enternal drive Seagate FreeAgent ThNK YOU jOHN

Hi John. The external drive should have come with its own backup software. Check the CD that came with the hard drive. More than likely, there is a backup utility on it.

Okay, well the next best thing is to go directly to Seagate's website to get the backup utility for that specific drive. Short of doing that, you can go to www.download.com to get a backup utility. I would recommend trying Seagate first.
