Traitors Of Gamepro To Choose FaceBook....

Yes PC World is a site for computers. As much as I dislike PC gaming I would still choose it over a social website. This choice makes me think about what they ever valued in video games in the first place. Maybe they were only interested in their friends and not the games. You disappoint me GamePro members, I thought you were gamers.

Just so you know, you can only rate a certain amount of posts per day (I'm not the one who came up with that idea!).

It appears you are misunderstanding my message. While I feel that PCWorld was lacking in console gaming talk and news, the GamePro merge helped alleviate that. However my main point is how a gamer can choose Facebook, a completely irrelevent social site, over this one. Although it has become quite clear that PC World needs more time to adjust more equally to console gamers it at least deals with PC gaming....which is more relevent than Facebook could ever be. That is why I wonder about the choices most of GamePro have made. To me they seem to value their friends and not the games or the news. In modern times I think you may understand it as "EPIC FAIL".

Facebook is supposed to be the place where you meet up with family and friends, not gaming family and friends. This is what I do not understand about many websites. Everyone is doing the "Follow us on Facebook, Twitter" thing. Yet the site they represent does the same exact thing except it's more focused on the same kinds of people as you.

Is the news right there too or do they have to click a button? To what end are people willing to go for the sake of convienance. Next thing you know Facebook will be the place to order pizza...because it's "right there too". Traitors.

Well, it's no surprise to see some of the crew sign up just to defend themselves. How's Facebook, the nongaming, nonreporting, and nonrelevent drama site? Wait, no need to answer that question. Instead, I want to know why you bothered to join GamePro in the first place. The way it looks now I expect it to be for the people and their personal issues and not the games.

No, being traitorous would imply you swore allegiance to gaming. Facebook has absolutely nothing to do with gaming...at all. It doesn't report news about gaming nor does it have menus to personalize your gaming related account. Where are your games? What have you played lately? Does Facebook provide that or is every so-called gamer doing great listing their bad hair days instead? Speak up traitor, my time is valuable!

Listen up, traitor, given the recent move by most members toward FaceBook, I'd assume you meant the type of "action" most members expect from Facebook. Sorry, my brother, the action I got last night was a game related one....as such it's an important point of this thread.
