Hello,

I recently purchased an iPad2 from PC World. I decided to sign up for the 'Knowhow Cloud Service' which gave me access to storage of another 500gb.

I have registered my cloud software and installed the software on the iPad. I have managed to back up my itunes library to the cloud successfully.

I did however hope that I could back up some movies that I have in video format on my laptop to the cloud and then stream them through Wi-Fi onto my ipad. I have managed to upload the movie to the cloud and it can be seen on the Knowhow cloud app software. However the video will not play as it does not list the video format. I did download an AV App player which i thought may rectify the issue - however it did not work.

I wondered if anyone could give me some advice....can it be done? The video files are mostly avi and Mp4? Any help and guidance would be greatly recieved.
