All depends on what you want to do...

If you need a computer- Apple or HP
If you need a basic phone- LG
If you need a smartphone Apple, Android(HTC) and Samsung
If you need a tablet- iPad or Motorola Xoom

What do you want to do with your technology?
Even the experts started out as beginners

For a computer, I disagree. I think Lenovo is pretty good, and maybe Acer or HP. (not Dell though, based on past experiences)

For a basic phone - Samsung. They actually use the same plastic used in football helmets to make their phones darned near indestructible.

For a smart phone, either Apple, or HTC.

Tablet - iPad

PC - Lenovo, Apple, a few of Asus' machines, and Samsung 5 or 9 series.

Yes it is but what about the efficiency. I have a little bit doubt on it! Need some feedback from those who are using it!
Thanks for the feedback in advance!

Quality and price

for 3D/Smart TV = LG. you can never go wrong with the supplier of the screens of the #1 smartphone in the world (iPhone)
for smartphone = Apple or Samsung. choosing smartphone between the 2 is like choosing between a PC or a Mac computer
for laptop = it's got to be Dell. packed with decent specs in a very reasonable price. but if you are a gamer, go for Asus.
for tablet = definitely iPad but if you are a bookworm like most of the time you use a tablet to read, better go for Amazon kindle. iPad has a bit of weight.

Quality never comes with suppressed price..
If you want smart phone you may have Samsung or HTC in average price but if you really wish to have a really nice smartphone you must leave price tags unseen and go for iPhone 4S. No doubt iPhone is the best.

go for sony, just a simple comparison at the market price and the specs, sony is about 20%-30% less cheaper compared to motorola, htc and samsung and yet it offers better phone

Apple kind of annoys me, although I love my iTouch, I'd much rather recommend an HTC phone.
