Fraud Driver Manager/Driver Detective

Dear Sir/Madam,

You folks have shown "Driver Detective" as a useable product. I have been unable to contact them via email and I have done that at least 6 times. The Company is FRAUD. I can not get any technical support, Current version shuts down my laptop, Would like a refund, can not get any response. Their Website shows Verisign and Merchant.com and I have called them to report this bad website and company and them seem to have no concern about their name and Logo showing on the website
Would appreciate your help in getting a refund and PCWorld should do something to bring this to the attention of their readers

[I bought DriveManager and it did nothing for my 18 month-old laptop except tell me I had 16 out-dated drivers.When asked the company said they were chipset drivers which the program dealt with 'in a different way'. I asked for my money back and that's where things stand after nearly 2 months. Could someone look into this please?
